2. dust collection system

    Compared with the similar kind of machines from other company, our dust collection system has the following characters:

    Based on our customers’ feedback, we improve the capacity of the fan and increase a pair of cyclone collector before the dust going to the collector. What is more, we can supply you the drawing to guide you how to connect pipes between the cyclone collector and fan.

3. Drying room

    You know, drying room is the most vulnerable part of the line. After our engineers’ improvement, the drying room of the production line is much superior to before. First, the materials are improved. The outside cover of the drying room is made of galvanized sheet which can lengthen the lifetime of the drying room and looks more artistic. Then, we increase a piece of stainless steel at the bottom of the drying room to make some angle for water flowing out.

4. Conveyor net

    The conveyor net is combined of conveyor and stainless steel net. And the pipes of the conveyor is made of 316# steel and covered with a layer of Zn.

5. Optional pipes and nozzles for washing and degreasing

    In common, our pipes wit nozzles work from two directions —— the top and the bottom. However, we can make some change such as increasing pipes with nozzles left

and right if you need.
