This press is used for vulcanization of bias type and all steel radial type with double half-moulds and segmented moulds,which can meet tyre loading,shaping,vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Bias type can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator.

Tyre shaping and vulcanizing machine is the main production load meridian tyres equipment manufacturing. Vulcanizing machine mainly by the pack foetus institutions, steam rooms, central institutions (capsule operation), moulding-adjustment system, safety agency and lubrication system, piping system and transmission system, electrical system etc.
