Brief Description

The batch off cooling machine is working with tablet press machine. The practiced rubber and mixed rubber mixed by mixing mill, will be pressed by tablet press machine, the rubber will be go through annular strengthening band by manual work to pinch of the rubber sheet and be cooled by stainless rollers.

The rubber after cooling, then be deliver to belt fan cooling zone by manual work. Next, the rubber sheet will go to the coated area, to be coated by manual work, clam and ram press, automatic fixed length cutting and winding.
