Roller is the main part of laminator, which is key element for quality. Hot laminators’ original rubber is US made, good stability, texture, duration, heat transfer function. Cold one is original natural rubber, without any recycling rubber, which insure the rollers’ duration. All of the rollers are made with tolerance ± 0.01mm,inner seamless tube makes roller perfect straightness.

5. Sheet Metal

We choose good sheet metal for frames machined by AMADA CNC punching machine and laser cutting, which can punch correct holes and sizes to insure installation parallel. Parallel is what laminator should be.

6. Powder coating

It is very important step for coating too, our powder is Rohs compliance.
