1)If when buyer inspection,there are any reasonable requirement,just like want to change hand feeling,change color,reduce weight,reduce or increase shining level and so on,we can re-finish fabric for free according to buyer's requirement.

 

2)If buyer already send deposit to us,but he want to cencel the order, we can give back all the deposit to buyer if we have not start produce.

 

3)If buyer order stock or ready fabric what we already have, he can cencel the order any time and get back deposit.

 

4)If we have cooperation already, we will give each buyer a manager to work together with our company, buyer can find him (her) in 24 hours by call, email or chatting,no need worry about the time difference.
