Usage and maintenance 

YZS Vibrating screen should start wihtout the materials on the screen surface, and try to avoid start the mahcine with materials, screen machine should make sure to run smoothly before feeding material. Before halt, feeding materials should be first stopped and all the materials are discharged. In the working process, the operating situation must be checked regularly, once operate improperly or have abnormal sound, the machine must be stopped for check.The reasons must be found and the faults must be removed.

1. Please read operation manual carefully before use.the machine may only be operated by fully authorized,trained personnel.

2. Make sure that the machine starts without any load. The machine can only be started after.All people are away from it.and wear safty hemlet and pay attention to flying stones,please atand outside the safe distance.

3. When machine runing All adjustment,clearance or check-up is strictly prohibited keep away from any running part. Overlaaded operation is strictly prohibited.

4. Lubriate and maintain the machine timelyBefore halt for check,feeder should be first stopped feeding and make sure the stones are all out of the machine silo.
