Basic process of granite crushing plant

First,big stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. And the coarsely crushed materials are sent into the impact crusher for further crushing.Then the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and classified according to their different sizes.The qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor for crushig once again.Dust removal plant can be assembled to the crushing machine to protect the environment.
