Brief Introduction

Operating principle

The motor drives the rotor rotate the hammer crusher with high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are a series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being re-crushed until they reached the required size. This machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section, change the particle size, to meet the different needs of different users.

2.Make sure that the machine starts without any load. The machine can only be started after all people are away from it.and wear safty hemlet and pay attention to flying stones,please stand outside the safe distance.

3.when machine running All adjustment,clearance or check-up is strictly prohibited keep away from any running part. Overladed operation is strictly prohibited.

4.Lubricator and maintain the machine timely before halt for check,feeder should be first stopped feeding and make sure the stones are all out of the machine silo.
