Operating principle of Mobile Crusher

Operation and maintenance

3. Hammerhead is the most easy wear parts, it can be reuse by changing the other side. When replacing hammer should be weighed individually. According to the weight of hammers to form a single group and each group has the same weight. The weight difference of the hammerhead and the axis pin should be less in 0.05KG to ensure the smooth operation of the rotor. When overhaul, hammers should be packed to do the whole rotor balancing test which makes the extension of life and safety play an active role in running.
