1)Description--Powder Selecting Machine with CE&ISO:

2) Working Principle--Powder Selecting Machine with CE&ISO:

The ultrafine powder mill with vertical transmission, muti-pole adjusts the speed with speed control motor (also called frequency conversion), meanwhile leads the host drive to control the eccentricity.

The discharging materials are taken by elevator to the top discharge opening of the separating powder mill, then enter into the bulk disk under the powder room. The eccentricity generated by the rotational speed evenly spreads out the material, and the circulating air created by fans increases the materials to enter into the separator chamber. In the rising process, the part of the coarse powder rapidly falls down for the air flow can not hold it up.

In the rotating of air flow, the middle powder touches the inner separator chamber, and slided down with the barrel into the pipe. In the revealing of the strong air, the fine powder mixed with the middle powder enters into the third selecting powder process. The middle and coarse powder loses the energy and descents when encounters the grain type guide vanes, and the fine powder is collected and discharged by the inner separation cone, then enters into Vertical transmission cage body, finally into the final products collected by the cyclone with the circulating air.
