Working Principle of Cone Crusher:

Cone Crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. So it is more advanced and efficiency than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through vbelts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or desceded by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined.

Operation and maintenance:

1.The frame and the liner should be checked priorly to tightening the availability of loose bolts and other bolts, whether they are good for running or not, check and remove the material if there are some material in the crusher machine.

2. While power on, attention should be paid enough to check and make sure the material is evenly feeding, no excess, the particle size is not ultra-light, any problems should be solved in time. Avoid iron and other materials can not be crushed feeding into the crusher. It brings serious damage to crushers if feeding large blocks iron or other materials can not be crushed. Try to installate the iron removal conveyor device. If notice there is a strong crash during running, power off first and then check it. It is likely to have piece of metal fall to clear before turning on.

3. Hammerhead is the most easy wear parts, it can be reuse by changing the other side. When replacing hammer should be weighed individually. According to the weight of hammers to form a single group and each group has the same weight. The weight difference of the hammerhead and the axis pin should be less in 0.05KG to ensure the smooth operation of the rotor. When overhaul, hammers should be packed to do the whole rotor balancing test which makes the extension of life and safety play an active role in running. While replace the hammers, pay attention to whether there exists crack and trachoma on the hammer, unqualified hammers can not be use.
