Introduction

The automatic instant noodle machine is one industrial plant. It adopts the twice extruding process and it can process different kinds of flours, such as wheat, corn, rice , millet, oats, buckwheat, oats, barley, starch flours,mixed flours etc.

The whole process is fully automatic from fllour mixing, flour feeing, first extruding, second extruding, noodles forming, cutting, steaming, drying, cooling to packaging.

The whole production line is automatically controlled to guarantee the high quality of the products and

equipment, several kinds of instant noodles could be processed by this production line such as corn,

buckwheat, barley and multi-grains etc., and thereby it improves the utilization of the equipment.

To meet the drying curve demands and reach the excellent drying effect, we adopt the up-and- down

multiple-level design and divide the space of the dryer. Humidity and temperature is strictly controlled

in each section.

The weight of each piece noodle cake is stable, precisely controlled by the central system composed

of frequency.
