You can use your own brand or ours. If you use our brand, our professional design team will help you design the packing, such as the bottle shape, logo and carton. Our research team will research new formula according to your market.

2.Free sample will be provided.
Usually, we make free samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new mold, you will afford the mold charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.

3.Welcome to visit. 
When you come to our company visIt us, we will arrange car for picking up and help you book hotel. If you want to visit the local scenic spot, our colleague will accompany you.

 4.Offer.

Quotation will be offered after you inform us the spec. of the packaging,such as the size and material you require.Or kindly send us the real sample for exact price directly.If possible,pls advise the qty as well!

5.After-service. 
a. In production and after delivery, we will track on time and tell your goods situation.
b. When the goods arrived, if you find any design and quality question, or difference from your samples, please feel free to contact us, we will find the question and solve it with you.

Q:Where is your company located?

A:Our head office and factory are both located in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province,China.It takes about 40mins by car from Shijiazhuang Airport to our factory.

Q:How do i purchase your goods?

A:Please send us inquiry via Alibaba,or email us,call us to tell us your need,we will reply you ASAP.

Q:How can i get a sample from you?

A:After confirming the sample model and design,we can send you samples by courier like Fedex,UPS,DHL ect...Samples can be provided free of charge,but courier freight need to be covered by you,which can be returned to you when you place an order later.

Q:How can i pay you?

A:For mass production goods,you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.The most common way to pay us is by T/T.Paypal,Western Union are also acceptable.

Q:Can i check quality of goods before delivery?

A:Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.

Q:How the goods are delivered to me?

A:For small quantity,we advice to deliver by courier,like UPS,DHL,ect.

For big quantity,we advice to ship by sea.We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder.Or if you don’t have a shipping forwarder,we will quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.

We can also do DDP(door to door service),then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.

Q:If we invest in mold,but sample is not satisfing,what should we do it?

A:We will make mold strictly according to drawings or sample ,if our first sample is not satisfied,we will modify mold till it is satisfying.If our samples couldn’t reach to the quality of drawing or original sample more than 3 times,we will return your mold charge.
