Test Bench For Variable Displacement Pump

Hydraulic pump test bench is designed and manufactured in accordance with the delivery test standard of different countries in

hydraulic pump industry. It can be used to measure dynamic and static performance of hydraulic vane pump (single pump,

double pump and multiplex pump), gear pump and plunger pump, etc. The test range, test item and test requirement are all

accordance with national standard, JB/T7039-2006, JB/T7041-2006 and JB/T7043-2006 and etc. The precision comes up to B

or C level. The hydraulic pump test bench is a main test equipment for hydraulic pump manufacture and repair enterprises.

Hydraulic pump test bench is mainly made up of drive motor, control and test valve bank, measuring and testing devices, tank

cooler, data processing and record output modules. Motor with frequency conversion function is chosen drive motor, the speed

of which can be regulated within the scope of 0—3000rpm, satisfying test requirement of various-revolving-speed hydraulic

pumps and can also test respective performance index. Advanced proportional control device is applied as the control valve,

allocating manual control device simultaneously. So both computer automatic control and detection are available. Digital and

analog measurement ways are adopted to measure pressure, flow, revolving speed and torque. Digital way is convenient for

computer acquisition, classification and record; analog way benefits the site-on control clear. The heat dissipation of the tank is

achieved by the water cooling device, meeting the full-power operating requirement of the hydraulic pump. In order to satisfy

different clients, the test bench can be designed and manufactured in accordance with various special requirements.
