1. Is there any MOQ of your product?
We understood the situation that never easily to trust anyone at the first time, so we welcome customer to make a trial order to check our product quality and our service for different models. So
Our MOQ would 1pcs for each model at this certain situation.
2. How long can be delivered of my order?
It depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. We will keep our customer informed of the production progress after placing order. And normally the leading time of our factory would be 15-20days.
3. What is the difference about the prices between LCL order and FCL order?
Firstly, LCL is an order that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a 20FT container, we will supply EXW(Ex-work factory price) to it, and FCL means that full container load, we can provide customer with FOB Shenzhen price or CIF price.
4. Do you have the product in stocks?
Normally we are not keeping any stocks, but will have some stock in a certain situation. We will inform customer with details in the reply of your inquiry when we have.
5. How much will the shipping charges be?
Charges will be depended on CBM and weight of the product needed to be delivered, and the destination port of customer’s country. So asking the shipping charges with exact quantity of different models and destination port would be highly appreciated, and we welcome customers to ask the shipping chargers.
