• Directions for use

1. Cut and tear open pouch and remove cooling gel plaster.
2. Remove transrarent film from the back of the cooling gel plaster and discard.
3. Apply cooling gel plaster surface on the effected area.
4. The cooling gel plaster will not sticker if the skin is wet .
5. For best results ues each cooling gel plaster only once.
