2.Q:What is the material of your products?
   A:The material is ABS key and plastic is shell/ABS key and Stainless steel shell.

3.Q:How can I get some samples?
   A:All the sample is avalibale in stock and I will arrange shipment within 1 day after      payment collect.

4.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
   A:Quality is priority ,we always attach great importance on quality control from the beginning to the end .our factory has gained CE.FCC.Rohs ceritificate.

5.Q:When you ship my order?
   A:Normally a large cabinet of 40 feet need 30-45days after receiving your payment,but it can be negotitated based on production schedule.

6.Q:Do you accept OEM orders?

   A:Yes,both OEM and ODM orders are welcome.

7.Q:How long is your warranty

   A:Our warranty is 1 year, except human damage.

8. Q:What kind of payment do you accept?

   A:We accept cash, T/T, Paypal and so on. Usually we accept 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment.
