Fangding new designed film transmit machine used for loading the film

we Fangding has been specialized in producing laminated glass production line for 11 years.Here is part of our production line,automatic film transmit machine and glass combine table.

The film transmit machine is galvanized steel structure,and its surface is treated with electrostatic baking,strong and durable.It’s equipped with specially designed motor and high quality rubber roller.easy to operate.Just stamp here,film will be transmitted out between rubber rollers.What you should do is to cut the film to your required size.the rubber roller ensure the film come out smoothly.

This glass combine table is pneumatic controlled. Press the button,the omni-directional wheels will be lifted up to load the glass,you can see,the wheels are a little higher than the table,so you could mover the glass easily and freely.

PS:The green tape is high temperature resistant,you can use it to fix layers of glass.Now the whole combination process is finished.
