Through sevel years's investigation and the feedbacks from our customers, we found out the main reason, causing, aerator our of work, is the damage of motor and gear, Directing against the two problems,we specially improved our impeller aerator:

1. There is a protector installed in the motor, and the switch would turn off automatically when the voltage of main is too low or three-phase main is imbalance to protect the motor from being badly damaged. 

2. Gear is made of chromium-manganese-titanium alloy steel and immerssion of carbon and nitrogen on the surface, which can prolong the life span greatly. 

3.The patent technology the non-welding asssembled impeller can run stably without eccentric and easy carried.

4. According to various environment and consumers' requirements, We have developed enginering plastic impellers and stainless steel impellers, which can ensure the long time use in the seawater or the high corrosive industrial wastewater without frequent replacing the impellers or painting.
