Introduction:

  It is the latest developed chenking instrument for fuel common rail injector.That follows its main function:

1.Variable frequency drive common rail pump BOSCH3.3 to produce the maximum pressure 200Mpa.

2.The standard databases contains the control of waveform data of all kinds of injector pump to output the standard waveform signal to the injector pump.It can check BOSCCH,DENSSO,DELPHII and SIEMENSS.

3.It contains industrial computer motherboards and embeded operating system WindowsXP.

The screen displays basic status such as the rail pressure,temperature,host operation,speed,heating,cooling and also has some windows for fuel injector pump test,common rail test ,delivery quantity,parameter setting,injector waveform,problem analysis and data reports.

4.Test data reports can be generated stored and printed.

5.It can test the sealing of the common rail injector pump,the condition of idle energy,the condition of pre-injection,the condition of the start-up energy,the condition of the atomization quality.
