thermal expansion, is thermal shock and abrasion resistant and has

strength at high temperatures.

4.Widely used as a metallurgical additive and refractory material

5.It is also widely used as refractory material and metallurgical additive. 

Green SiC are mainly used asabrasive for cutting silicon wafer,ceramic 

polishing etc.
