Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench(HY-WK)

 Test benches are for verifying efficiency and adjusting devices of diesel fuel engines during repair and maintenance. Stands can be used for all types of diesel fuel systems: cars, trucks, agricultural vehicles.

•  1. Determine volume of fuel injection doses for various speeds of a high pressure fuel pump shaft, accordingly;

beginning and end of positive and negative correction

nominal engine power, also the rotation defining the so-called speed characteristic of the fuel pump of a high pressure

• 2.  Determine rotational speed, beginning and end inactivating fuel injection, with rotation speed regulator (the maximum rotation of idling) defining the so-called range of adjustable speed.

• 3.  Geometrical start of compression (adjustment of a preliminary course) also angular spacing between sections of the high pressure fuel pump.

• 4.  Disorder  of fuel doses injected by various sections of the high pressure fuel pump, which shouldn’t exceed 2 % of a nominal dose.

•  5. Work of the electromagnetic closing valve.

•  6. Testing the suction of the fuel feeding pump.

• 7.  Testing the injection pressure of a fuel pump.

• 8.  Verifying  the efficiency of a fuel pump.
