Q: How about OEM?

A: OEM is welcomed, we can print your own Logo or design on the luggage.

Q: Can I get free sample?

A: Yes. Sample will be free, first pay for the sample, once the formal order is confirmed, sample fee will be reimbursed to you.

1. If samples meet your needs, please inform us and we will arrange shipment after receiving thirty percent deposit.

2. Sample fee will be reimbursed, if you are satisfied with the delivery cargos and pay the rest of money.

Q: How about sample time?

A: 7-15days

1. For our own brand products, sample will be sent out 2 days after we confirm the payment, and normally 3-5 days will be delivered to customer side.

2. For the samples of customer own logo or design, sample will be need 7-15days.

Q: How about your delivery lead time?

A: Normally 45-60days.

Q: How about your payment?

A: Normally T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. Other payment also can be discussed.

Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?

A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargos to where you want. Besides, we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.

Q: Goods will be seized by customs?

A: Please be assured of it, because we have formal export qualifications. If it does be seized, we will assist you until problems solved.

Q: How about your After Sale Service?

A:Please contact us in time within 15 days after you received the cargo

Process: Please provide the copy of Sales Contract and describe the problems appeared.
