    Calcium silicon alloy (Ca30Si60 Ca30Si55  CaSi alloy) is an ideal compound deoxidizer and desulfurizer which can be used in the production of many kinds of steel such as rail steel,low carbon steel,stainless steel and other special alloy like Ni base alloy and titanium base alloy.

Application

   

By the element silicon calcium alloy, calcium and iron alloy composite is an ideal Deoxidants, desulfurization agent. Is widely used in high quality steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel base alloy steel, special alloys such as titanium-based alloy production were; And training suitable for converter steel plant using warming agent; Also can be cast iron inoculant and ductile iron production additive. 

 

 

Calcium and silicon and oxygen have a strong affinity. Especially calcium, not only have strong affinity with oxygen, but also sulfur, nitrogen has a strong affinity. So calcium alloy is an ideal adhesive oxygen agent, desulfurization agent. Silicon alloy not only oxygen capacity, oxygen produced during floating, easy to discharge, but also to improve the performance of steel, increase in plasticity, impact toughness and mobility.  Calcium alloy is also suitable for the practice of converter steel plant with a warming agent, calcium alloy also be used as cast iron and ductile iron inoculant additives production.
