Introduction 

        1. It is the newly independent researched and developed equipment to test common rail injector and common rail pump.

       2. It is controlled by industrial computer with Windows XP.

       3. Fuel system is tested by sensors and displayed on LCD screen, data can be checked, stored, modified and  generated into database which can be upgraded.

      4. Comnon rail pressure is adjustable by using BOSCH CP3.3 high pressure injection pump wih 0-2000bar.

      5. It can test common rail injectors and pumps produced by BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, and SIEMENS.

      6. Its performance is stable with high accuracy and easy to operate and maintain.

 

Functions and Characteristics

      1. Variable frequency drive pump serves the commonn rail BOSCH CP3.3 pump and the maximum pressure is 200Mpa. Automatically closed-loop control, common rail pressue accuracy displayed is + 0.1Mpa.

      2. Adjutstable injecting frequency and time.

      3. Built-in standard database of common rail pump, data can be updated and added freely by users.

      4. The standard database contains the waveform control data of all types of injectors, and it can output the standard waveform control singal to the injector.

      5. It can test BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI and SIEMENS.

      6. It has industrial computer motherboard and embedded operating system Windows XP.

      7. Operating by computer mouse and keyboard, easy to learn and use.

      8. Fuel injecting and fuel returning are automatically detected and clearly displayed on the large screen.

      9. Fuel temperature is controlled by forced cooling system.

     10. Adjustable pulse width and frequency of driving signal.
