Main Usage for Housing Wires

The Building Wires are mainly used the fixed laid in the circumstance of indoor, in the air, underground. Suitable for power device, daily electrical appliance, instrument etc

The long term permissible working temperature is 70°C (PVC,PE) or 90 °C (XLPE)

When laying the wires, the ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than 0°C

All cable For exporting are well packed and protected by wooden drum or Wood and Steel Drum.

The packing material is depended on the weight and size of cable.

The good information, manufacture information, and the client's information is firmly printed on each size of drum.

After the well packed cable drums sent to Sea Port, they are loaded into 20 FT container or 40 FT container. All cable drum are firmly fixed by safety belt to make sure, no movement during the sea freight.

The size of the container is chosed according to weight of total loaded goods or as per the client's requirement.

Founded in October 2005 by Mr. Chu, our facility has two separate manufacturing workshops within its 10,000-sq.-ft. building. Our headquarters is located in Modern Industry Park, Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

Our products have been exported mainly to South-east Asia, Africa, Middle East, South America, Central America,North America, Europe ,Australia, etc.

5. Which standards do you comply with when you produce the electrical wires and cables ?

We are able to produce electrical wires and cables based on GB, JB, IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, NF, AS/NZS, CSA, etc. Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the cables according to the samples and technical specification the customer supply.

6. What is the min.order quantity ?

It depends on the type and size of electrical wires and cables. For some small electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted. But for the power cables with medium or high voltage, that should comply with the property of installed equipments. Anyhow,we will try our best to solve the problem and meet with the requirement If you have special request.

7. What is the production capacity per week or per month ?

For the bare conductor, we can finish 2000 tons within one month. For power cables, that depends on the type and size. The total output value per month is approx. USD3,000,000.00 for insulated aluminum cables and that is approx. USD7,000,000.00 for insulated copper cables.

8. Do you supply the customers with installation service in foreign country ?

We don’t have professional installation teams in foreign country.But if that is necessary, we will recommend our partners to cooperate with you.
