The ceramic fiber gasket (sealing ring) is used at the joint of the long nozzle and the lower nozzle of the ladle; it is also used at the connecting part between the tundish nozzle and the submerged nozzle. In the process of continuous casting steel, it effectively prevents the outside air from entering the molten steel, prevents the re-oxidation of the molten steel and improves the purity of the molten steel.

Our products are made from zirconium ceramic fiber cotton in which adding an appropriate amount of high temperature inorganic binder. Through a special vacuum forming process, them are formed a variety of different shapes of products which suitable for special parts and special requirements of the refractory insulation.
