What is our normal size and colors?

Size: small towel: 21*21, 66*21, 80*16, 43*32,

         large towel:  66*43, 75*34, 80*34

Colors: Hot blue, green, pink, yellow, red, lime green, orange, grey

Can we have our designs on the towel? 

we can do custom logo on the towel by Silk print(1.2colors) or embossed logo.

What is the MOQ, can the towel be customerized?

For our normal color, MOQ 2000pcs. also we can do customerized color and size, MOQ 1000-2000pcs. Color will be send for u confirmation before mass production.

How should I care for it?

After use, simply rinse the towel thoroughly with clean water, wring excess water from towel and place in the plastic tube for storage.Once completely dry, close the top and store in a cool, dry area. To reactivate a dry towel, soak in HOT water until it becomes pliable (usually 2-3 minutes). DO NOT try to bend a dry towel as it may break.

How do I clean it? 

If the towel becomes soiled or needs to be cleaned, simply place it in the washing machine with your next load of clothes. The towel can now be washed in the washing machine.

What happens if it dries out? 

To reactivate a dry towel, soak in HOT water over it until it becomes pliable. (usually 2-3 minutes) DO NOT try to bend a dry towel as it may break.

How long does this last? 

The towel itself will last indefinitely with proper care. They are very rugged and most people will lose them before they tear them up. The cooling effect will last from 2-5 hours on average depending on the amount of moisture in the towel, the outside temperature, and the relative humidity.

Will it become less effective with age?

NO! As long as the towel is intact and has moisture in it, it will cool just like it did when it was new.
