Application:

The packing of screws, nails, hardware parts, nuts, fasteners, small hardware fitting, etc..

It also can mixed stowage materials with different counting hoppers or packing more materials by one kind of hoppers

Feature:

1-The vibration disk, linear vibration collating unit and precise counting control

unit are customized according to the screw samples, ensuring that each bag is

accurate.

2-Adopts PLC control, and there is human-machine operation interface, so it is

convenient to operate and adjust the equipment, and the degree of automation is

high.

3-Intelligent temperature controller is adopted to control the horizontal and

longitudinal sealing temperature, which can realize firm sealing, good tightness,

flat and beautiful bag type, the packing efficiency is high.

4-Stepper motor subdivision technology is adopt for the bag making system, the

color code of packaging bag is automatically tracked and positioned, and the

operation and adjustment for bag making can be easily completed, it is featured by

high speed, stable operation and low noise.

5-The packing speed is subject to stepless adjustment when the nominal range,

positioning for the open and stop.

6-Bag making, measurement, filling, sealing , cutting and printing of batch number

can be automatically completed.

7-Counting by vibration is adopted, the measurement of the packed material with

uniform density is accurate, meeting the national metrological standard.

Packing: Plastic film will protect the machine from water. Iron pallet for supporting; wooden case for outside;

Shipping: Machines can be sent to the indicated warehouse in Guangzhou. And if needed, machines shipping can be handled according to EXW or FOB or CIF terms.

INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY

Installation

As requested by the buyer, we will dispatch one engineers for installation in buyer’s factory, the buyer should arrange several to assist them, The seller takes the duty of installation and any lose or damage on the machine (including power circuit and technical issue) during the installation or before the final acceptance; The buyer should take the charge of two engineer’s meal, hotel and local traffic, the around air tickets and so on.

Warranty

We will provide one-year warranty, If machine trouble is happened owing to operators, the seller is not responsible for it, as requested by the buyers, we will dispatch our Engineer or technicians to solve the problem, but the all cost concerning to this repair should be covered by Buyer (including salary, the fee of round-trip ticket, board and lodging, and traffic). Simple trouble- shooting can be made by buyer under the instruction of seller by email.
