Description of DK rubber lined centrifugal slurry pump

Type DK slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal,natural rubber or hard metal lined centrifugal slurry pumps.They are designed for the handling abrasive high density slurries in the metallurlurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments, etc.. This type pumps can be installed in multistage series as well.

Features of DK centrifugal slurry pump

 

1. Bearing assembly & frame

Both standard & heavy capacity typies availlable.

A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration.

Heavy duty roller bearing are housed in a removable bearing catridge.

Pump body is fastend with the frame by minimum bolts. Impeller adjustment is provided in a convenient position below the bearing assembly.

2. Interchagneable wet parts material

Abrasion & corrosion resistant high chrome alloy metal: PH: 5-12

Abrasion & corrosion resistant rubber elastomers: PH: 4-12

 

3. Shaft seal:Packing seal, expeller seal(metal/rubber), mechanical seal

4. Discharge branch: 8 positions in each 45°.

5. Driving type: V-belt,flexible coupling, gearbox, hydraulic coupler, etc..
