SHIPPING |
- 1. All the items will be sent within 2 business days (Except Holiday) after payment verified and be mark as "Gift" and declared low value. So, usually, No custom duties are charged. If there is any buyer has to be responsible for the duty. If you pay by e-check, we will ship your order once your payment is cleared.
- 2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
- 3. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY |
- 1. If the item is damaged during shipping, refund or replacement request is available after the item returned as the same condition as received. Please contact me before you return it.
- 2. If item is defective in 1 month We will send you a replacement without extra charger, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.
- 3. If item is defective after 1 month, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.
- 4. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item). We will pay for resent shipping fee if an exchange is requested in one month.
- 5. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know before leaving feedback. I promise to do everything I can to make things right.
Other Policies: - 1. When you receive the package please open the package and check all the items are in good condition before you sign. Do not sign if the items are broken and ask the delivery company to make a "damage certificate". Otherwise we will not provide any warranty and refund.
