Description
Horizontal Powder Plough Mixer are set on single shaft. When plough mixer is on operation, special structure leads the material to be continuously mixed. With radial and longitudinal movement simultaneously, dead corner is avoided and thus high accuracy mixing is achieved.

1. Intro
Powder Mixer(Horizontal Plough Type) is a brand-new mixer. It is characterized in high efficiency, high degree of homogeneity, high crashing, low energy consumption, low pollution.
2. Application
l It is suitable for mixing a wide range of materials such as powder-powder, power-liquid, powder-granule, especially for thick-viscous materials or colloidal granule materials.
l It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, pottery, refractories and sand paste etc.
3. Main Features
l It consists of four parts: Transmission part, Agitator, Round Container, High-speed cutter.
l Two kinds of Transmission parts: Direct Connection type ( It can be installed as required to solve space problem.), (Chain driving and Belt driving). The high-speed rotation coulter of the agitator disperse the materials from the axial direction, it also makes simple circle movement along the container.
The round Container can be with door for easy cleaning. The exterior side can be with jacket for cooling or heating.
Working Principle:
In the first case Horizontal Powder Plough Mixer and the tools are horizontally installed, thus achieving, at corresponding movement, a product reaching from a loose product bed up to a mechanically generated fluidised bed.in the second case the mixing shaft is installed in vertical direction, whereby a socalled vortex is built at corresponding movement. The installation of fast-rotating chopper heads enables the mixing of products tending to lump formation. Due to the mixing tools, the material to be mixed is hereby specifically fed to the activity area of the chopper head. Besides the conventional ploughshare mixing tools a large variety of modified mixing tools is available, facilitating an optimum adaptation of the mixing tools to the individual material.
