All materials of boom, support leg, turret and turret supporting uses fine grain and high strength 700~900 Mpa steel plate, box-type structure, with good strength and rigidity, light weight and less oil consumption. Electro-hydraulic proportion controls boom extension, smooth operation can move lightly. Balance valve buffer self-lock function, which can protect safety of boom system. Stepless speed regulation RZ foldable boom system, which unfolds fast and can work in the narrow construction. Each boom can do separate and joint operation to eliminate any construction dead angle. The weight of remote control device is light and that is easy to take. Only need two handles to operate, the place boom can be accurate and in place.

Main Features:

- Electric proportional constant power variable closed type hydraulic system, total power take-off, frequency reversing valve block on the main oil way, pumping reversing is hydraulic flexible reversing. Compared with open –circuit, pressure loss is small, reversing impact is small and operating is steady. It can be effectively improved the operating life of boom system;

- The delivery ability of the pump has the function of stepless regulation to meet different output’s requirements;

- Italy LEONESSA slewing supporting, hydraulic motor + planet-gear speed reducer drive boom to slew 370°. Brake buffering effect is good. Dual protection: mechanical limit and electric limit;

- Pumping system is sent a signal by approach switch, PLC microcomputer controls, main electric components are brand products made by SIEMENS, LG, SCHNEIDER and so on.

- All hydraulic valves and oil pump motor use high quality products produced by Rexroth, HAWE. Engine- transmission gear- transmission shaft- transfer case- oil pump- proportional valve- cylinders match reasonably.

- Boom is steady and tail pipe shake is light and pouring is correct during pumping.

- All operations can be carried out by wireless remote control and wired remote control. There are two separate operating devices, ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment.
