This production line is used specially for daily cleaning products producing. Such like laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and other mucus, paste products, also could be used the production of automobile care products, detergent product, liquid product producing line especial for windshield cleaning fluid, glass cleaner, engine coolant, antifreeze liquid, automobile detergent, almighty detergent, tyre wax and other room temperature stirred liquid products.
All the product formula of products mentioned above , are free to customers, which are also used in our production in China.

Large Size Water Treatment Machine

* Large particulate matters, iron and manganese are filtered in the first stainless steel tank
* Peculiar smell is eliminated in the second tank.
* Sodium, calcium, magnesium, and other little microelement will be filtered in the third tank by resin inner. Water after treating flow through three smaller filters into RO membrane reverse osmosis system.
* Three tanks designed with self-cleaning function, no need to disassemble them for cleaning.
* RO membrane reverse osmosis system brought from USA. Water will be highly purified here by 4 RO membrane, impurity with diameter between 0.002um to 0.1um will be filtered, ensure grade of water oulet could be up to drinking satandard. Widely used in pure water and ultrapure water pretreatment and industrial drinks.
* Three filters before RO reverse osmosis system for protecting.
* Water inlet pressure gages, display of conductivity of water inlet and outlet, display of flowmeter of unqualified and qualified water, more easy to operate.

Two-stage Three Layer Emulsification Reactor

*  Main Functions: self-feeding, automatic discharging, self-cleaning, automatic water-adding, automatic heating and temperature control.
*  Three layer design: Inner layer which contact with materials is made of food grade SUS316 stainless steel, excellent performance in acid and alkali resistance. Longer useful life.Medium layer is made of SUS304 stainless steel for heat transfer oil. This design will keep temperature of inner layer in higher level in longer time. No need to reheat materials when you feed every time. Save more power energy and time, reducing cost. 

*  Two-stage emulsification design: one stage is the emulsification device inner the reactor , and the second stage is a emulsification pump under the reactor. They work in the same time , ensure the emulsification and save much more time.
