NT63-BPO EXTRA Light Weight Body Filler

European system, Premium quality light weight body filler with smooth texture providing easy application, excellent adhesion to various substrates, including galvanized steel, bare steel and aluminum.Not-clog formula saves on labor and materials. BPO red cream hardener included. Specify Gravity is approximate 1.1kgs per liter.

Prepatation:

Clean surface with warm, soapy water to remove all wax, grease and oil. Allow to dry.

Mixing Ratio:

NT63-BPO EXTRA(Premium) Light Weight Body filler : 100% by weight

BPO Hardener : 2-3% by weight

Stir the body filler before using, knead the cream hardener. Mix thoroughly at room temperature , using plastic spreader or putty knife to uniform color on clean, nonporous surface. Mix only small amounts that can be used within 3 to 4 minutes. Do not add cream hardener in filler container.

Methold of application:

Apply in thin layers and spread smoothly, do not blob on or apply all at once

Pot Life:

3-4 minutes

Drying/Sanding Times:

Allow the application of filler to cure 20 to 30 minutes. Sand with 80 grit sand paper and featheredge with 180 grit sandpaper or finer. Wait 1 hour before painting. Drying time depends on temperature and amount of hardener used.

Optional: Apply a very thin layer of NT288 Kombi Filler to fill pinholes or small imperfections if necessary.

Recoated:

Can be primed and painted after 1hour.
