1 )Send the technicians to carry out the installation and debugging of equipment for the foreign users with compensation. Countries or regions with unstable political situation or in the throes of wartime are not included in our plan. 
2 )Train the users to command the equipment and guide them for safe production.
3 )Explain the routine maintenance of equipment carefully and remove common faults.
4 )We are responsible for all the repairs that caused by our quality problems within one year's warranty. 
5 )The foreign customers who have any questions on after-sales service can directly send email to our designated mailbox. We will answer your questions in 12 hours and solve various problems for the customers in time.
6 )For some counties whose visas are difficult obtain, customers can also send their technicians to our company to receive free guidance and training.

Delivery Detail: Main machine is packed by plastic for anti-water, motor and spare parts are in wooden box.
Transport, by sea or train, pls tell us your nearest port or train station, we help you to calculate transport cost.

1.Q: What is the Type of your pellet machine ?

   A:Our pellet machine are ring die pellet machine, high-tech, full automatic.

2. Q: What are the Wear Parts  of your machines and their working life?

A: The wears parts of our pellet machine are mold and gear of roller , 

     Mold can be used for making 800--1000 tonspellets,

     Gear can be used for making 300-500 tons pellets 

3. Q: What kind of Machines does the whole pellet line include?

   A: 1) Moisture content: if higher than 15%, by dryer or drying by the sun.

        2) Length: if larger than5cm, should use crusher.

        3) Cooler: after pelletizing, if you want to pack the pellets immediately, you should use   

           cooler,  otherwise put the pellets aside and cooling by nature.

        4) Packing machine: after cooling, could be packed by manual or by packing machine.
