-APPLICATIONS:
Power Cable/Wire/Cord 2 kV Portable are suitable for use in mining machines, locomotives, power supply leads on A.C. welders, motor leads, entertainment, generator leads and grounding cable at continuous conductor temperature of 90°C.

These cables are suitable for continuous immersion in shallow water. Excellent flexibility,resistance to oils, solvents,ozone, aging, and abrasion.

-CONSTRUCTION
Power Cable/Wire/Cord 2 kV Portable Power Cable/Wire/Cord are manufactured with rope-lay stranded, bunched members, annealed copper conductors. A polyester or paper tape separates the copper conductors from the EP rubber insulation. The insulated conductors are assembled round with fillers as needed. The cable is covered with a black CPE rubber jacket. The jacket may be applied in two layers. Two-layer jackets are reinforced by a braid of synthetic material.The reinforcing is between the layers.
