Properties and features

Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) is colourless or slightly yellow transparent oily liquid, Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) do not dissolve in water, Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) can soluble in ethanol, ether, mineral oil, the majority of organic solvents 

It is an important and primary plasticizer, mainly used in the processing of PVC resins, chemical fiber resins, ABS resins and rubber.

And plasticized PVC can be used in the manufacture of leatheroid, agricultural film, packing materials and cables.
