We are providing retractable sunrooms of varies models.

They can also be used as spa enclosures, coffee bars,sun rooms, prefab houses...This kind of retractable roofs get popular soon because it is “retractable” and looks fantastic----your prefabricated house or green house is magical, it can be long or short just like telescope!!! It is flexible, fashionable and practical.

Material:

1 Covering Panel:

3mm clear solid polycarbonate sheet. Good impact resistance.

PC Solid Sheet has excellent impact resistance, it is 250 times higher than conventional glass, 30 times higher than the acrylic sheet. solid sheet of impact strength are "transparent plate"

Panel color: clear, opal, green, blue, brown,frosted.

2 Frame :

6063-T5 Aluminum alloy

The mean value of reliability analysis of aluminum alloy structural members are over 3.7

The surface of aluminum alloy is powder coated with colors like white, black, creamy, gray, green

3 Rail:

The ground rails are made from tabular aluminum sections, so there are no sharp exposed edges. Ground rails can be attached to even surfaces, horizontally or vertically on the walls of buildings.

The number of tracks on the ground rails corresponds to the number of segments making up the swimming pool enclosure.

4 Hardware & Fasteners

We use stainless steel and aluminum hardware and fasteners throughout the entire enclosure.

5 To seal the upper space between the adjacent segments we use EPDM material.

6 Anti-dust flap installed on the bottom edge of the gable ends to prevent dust and leaves coming into the building from this part.

Warranty:

East Standard Prefab House  will have at least 10 years life expectancy under normal use and climate conditions.

The manufacturer of Polycarbonate provide a 10-year limited warranty on 3mm compact

The manufacturer of Aluminum profiles provide a 10-year limited warranty on all Aluminum parts ;

Installation

For transportation reason, the green house get to our customer in pieces, it needs to be assembled by customer.if it is small in size, we recommend you can install by yourself. If It is huge in size, you may need an engineer to help. We provide customized installing instruction for each of our product.

The whole product would be packed in strong seaworthy plywood box. It is may be 3~6m in length, 1~2m in width, 0.5~1m in height. When packing, we pay high attention to protect each part of them. We ship by sea, less than a container if you order 1 piece.
