ATR-2000C SERIES series is a  flatbed, 2 needle, bottom cover stitch machine for belt loop making with front knives.

Features are:

(1) The support (front) presser foot is independent against main presser foot, so that it is easily detouched and also it has a stopping function to keep at lifting position. Therefore, it is extremely easy for the positioning of folder when starting to sew.

(2) Equipped with new adjusting dial of lower knives.

Both spring pressure of right and left lower knives can be equally adjusted by this dial.

(3) Adjusting knob enables you to  ne-tune the cutter easily and produce belt loops from 8mm up to 18mm.

For the width over 16mm, the special wide needle plate and feed dog are available.

One set includes Machine, Stand & Table, Clutch Motor or Brushless Energy Saving Servo Motor (with Needle Positioner). Available for only ordering machines without any stand & table, motor.
