This brew kettle is for boiling wort & water, mashing and containing part of recycled hot water from heat exchanger after cooling wort

Lauter tun and whirlpool are combined. Lauter tun is placed on the top of whirlpool. The lauter tun is for infusion mashing process, lautering and sparging.

The whirlpool is for whirlpool operation and collecting lautered wort from lauter tun.

For our brew house of more than 20hl size, these two containers are usually placed separately.

Inside is stainless steel and outside is copper.
