The extrusion machinery is composed of the feed system, pre-conditioner, extrusion system, power system, rotary cutter and the control system.

Detail: 

A.    Pre-conditioner: The stainless steel three axle differential pre-conditioner performs the mixing and precooking processes. The amount of water and cooling temperature can be freely adjusted to increase the production capacity by 10-15%.

B.     Extrusion System: The inner sleeve, screws and screw inserts in the extrusion system use wear resistant alloy steel for effective abrasion reduction and to extend service life. With a combination of different processes, the screw is designed with a modular structure.

C.     Power System: The gearbox uses forced lubrication. It is equipped with an oil cooling system and axle temperature monitoring device in order to extend the lifespan of the bearings, gears and other transmission parts.

D.    Rotary Cutter: The X type four point positioning device is outfitted with a cantilever track which removes the need for a halt during production and allows the clearance between the cutter and mold to be directly adjusted.

E.    Control System: The main motor, peeling motor, and feeding motor all use frequency control.
