(1)Incision roughness Ra &le 12.5, verticalness of incision &le 2, Incision quality achieves the minimum quality of laser incision.
(2)Slotted width is about 1/2 of ordinary plasma.
(3)Cutting dimensional accuracy is about twice as ordinary plasma.
(4)Cutting speed is higher than laser, especially medium plate.
(5)Electrode and the nozzle's life are far more than ordinary plasma and is 5-7 times compare to general ones.
(6)Investment in equipment and operation cost is only about 1/4-1/10 of laser cutting machines.
