How easy is it to install the Lingan smart bulb with zigbee application?

The App can not fint my smart bulb

1)Ensure that the power is turned on at the switch

2)Check if the adapter plug in outlet and the plug of adapter plug in bridge tightly.

3)Check if your fixture is made of metal as metal will weaken the signal

How much heat does the Lingan smart bulb generate?

LED lights will generate heat any time they are turned on. For this reason we ask that you do not intsall the bulb in a closed space as it requires free air for heat dissipation. 

Wireless connection is not stable

The smartphone and bulb will occasionally disconnect even with a strong wireless signal. This is caused by older versions of iOS and is more stable with newer versions. For this reason we recommend upgrading your iOS.

How many hours of light will i get our of my Lingan LED smart bulb?

You will get approximately 50,000 hours out of your smart lights. This is the equivalent of leaving your light on continously for 6years!
