Material:silicon nitride, Si3N4
Characteristics of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Wafer:
1. High corrosion resistance. It can be used in strong acid and alkali situation.
2.High temperature stability. It can be used in high temperature situation, and the highest temperature can reach to 1400 °C. The strength and hardness in 1100 °C is almost the same as in room temperature.
3.Electrical insulation, non-magnetic. It can be used in magnetic field
4.Low density of 3.26 g/cm3, high bending strength and high hardness. It can be considered as wear resistant materials.
5.Low thermal expansion coefficient of 3.2×10-6/K, which is 30% of Al2O3, and 40% of ZrO2. It can bear a sharp temperature change.
