About Guarantee

Product nature is protected 2 year, means from the purchase date of terminal user, if the product itself has the quality question, take photos or videos and send to us, we exchange the goods together with the next order after our confirmation.

About OEM

Your OEM requirements( size, color, logo, packing etc.) are welcome and will be accomplished professionally.

About Sample

We are glad to send samples for your reference and quality inspection, but sample charges should be payed by you side and will be refund against your first order on the basis of MOQ.

About Payment

Accepted payment methods: We'd prefer bank transfer , western union and Escrow, paypal is also accepted for small amount no more than 500USD.

 We usually accept T/T(with 30% deposit, the balance before shipment by T/T or L/C at sight.)

About Shipping

1. FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT for samples, Door-to-Door;

 2. Seaport: from Ningbo for LCL and from Nanchang for FCL;

 3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods;

 4. Delivery Time: 3-7 days for samples; 7-25 days for batch goods.

About Packing

We provide general export packing with mostly Shrink wrap / PP bag/ corrugated paper box and CTN outside.

Your customized packing requirements are welcome  and will be accomplished professionally.

About price quote

Usually we quote EXW price only if no specific quantity is given when you send the inquiry. So please let us know more details such as your port name, your target quantity if you want to know FOB&CNF price

 A: Any quantity(less than MOQ) of trial order are welcome but full advance payment is required.
