Question 1:  Can I order custom winter beanie with my own design & logo?

Answer: Definitely yes. There are many different styles for you to choose. Such as 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, woven label, leather patch and so 

on.

Question 2: Can I order a winter beanie sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample   order?

Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample 

hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference 

once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the 

sample to you while freight cost is yours.

Question 3: How soon can I get a winter hat sample made? How can I make payment?

Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 5-7 days to get 

samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, 

digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made 

through T/T or Western Union.

Question 4: How can I choose the colors?

Answer: Online transactions:You can chose color on the website.

Offline transactions:After you contact to us,we will send you our color swatch.

Question 5: How can i get my cap shipped if i place the order to you?

Answer: If small order, we can send products to you by DHL,SF, Fedex, UPS, EMS and so on.

If big order, we can send products to your by sea or by air.
