A: Samples' production fee is based on the actual cost and will be refundable if when the bulk order meets our MOQ.

All samples' delivery fee is due to buyers.

Regular buyers: Free Sample

2. Q. How about the Samples lead time?

A: Normally 5-10 days for normal styles.

OEM sample development depends on designs.

Samples quantity: 1 piece at most for normal request.

3. Q. May we customize the products in our requirement?

A: Yes ,You can customize if you want.Customize design you prefer Logo as you want.

4. Q. What's the payment terms?

A: For small order, full payment before shipment; For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance and balance paid before shipment.

5. Q. What's the deliver time?

A: For order aim at stock items, it takes about 5-7 working days to ship out

For bulk order generally 20-25 days, also depend on the specific order quantity.
