What is a flocculant dosing device?

In many industries like water treatment, printing and dyeing etc., usually we need to dose solution into water or other liquids by a certain proportion. For example dosing coagulant, filter aids and disinfection for water treatment.

Manufacturing process and dosing work are both continuous, that requires a multi-functional dosing machine which can both prepare solution and dose solution in certain time and in certain quantity.

Working principles of flocculant dosing device:

JY Series flocculant dosing device is composed of three parts: Mixer, solution tank, metering & dosing device.

Mixer: Composed by stirred tank and mix device, used to prepare and well mix water and agentia in required proportion.

Solution tank: Storage for prepared solution.

Metering & dosing method:

1. Dosed by metering pump.

2. Dosed by normal dosing pump, measured by rotating flowmeter.
