Detail description of flocculation dosing device:
In many industries like water treatment, printing and dyeing etc., usually we need to dose solution into water or other liquids by a certain proportion. For example dosing coagulant, filter aids and disinfection for water treatment.
Manufacturing process and dosing work are both continuous, that requires a multi-functional dosing machine which can both prepare solution and dose solution in certain time and in certain quantity.
Our flocculation dosing device is specially designed for these applications.
JY Series flocculation dosing device is composed of three parts: Mixer, solution tank, metering & dosing device.
Mixer: Composed by stirred tank and mix device, used to prepare and well mix water and agentia in required proportion.
Solution tank: Storage for prepared solution.
Metering & dosing method:
1. Dosed by metering pump.
2. Dosed by normal dosing pump, measured by rotating flowmeter.
